This newly built house, currently under construction, is located 9 km from Poreč and the sea.The house is located on a plot of 450m2, and its size is 170m2 distributed over three floors - ground floor, first floor and attic. The ground floor of the house consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, one bathroom with a shower cabin. There are three bedrooms on the first floor of the house. and two bathrooms, and another room with its own bathroom in the attic.Heating on the ground floor is underfloor (heat pump), and on the upper floors via Feinkoiler. The carpentry is PVC with triple glazing and electric blinds. The house is equipped with an alarm and video system. There is parking for three cars in the yard of the house, and there will be a swimming pool in the yard.The planned completion of all works is autumn 2023.
